TCFA Documents & Processes
New Members / Subscription to TCFA:
- To apply to join the TCFA, please send your CV to the TC Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary (see the Chairs page), indicating your preferred subcommittee (list of subcommittees available on the Structure page)
- Only TCFA members can subscribe to the mailing list (and are automatically subscribed once their application is accepted). Please contact the chairs if you encounter any problems
- Request access to the TCFA document repository (mandatory)
- Introduce yourself in the TCFA mailing list via a short email to tcfa@ieee-ies.org (Optional)
Existing Members — periodically check:
- Check open CFPs in the Events / CFPs section
- Actively participate on the TCFA activities / co-organize an event
- Report upcoming activities organized in the repository (googledocs) and in the TCFA mailing list (tcfa@ieee-ies.org)
- Disseminate the TCFA to people with potential interest in the Factory Automation domain
- Keep your info in the members catalog up to date
- Have a look at the TC document repository (googledocs)
Removal from TCFA:
- If you wish to leave the TCFA, please contact the Chairs

Note: in order to edit the documents (in googledocs), you will need to (i) log in with your IEEE address that uses GoogleApps@IEEE or (ii) additionally include your IEEE/institutional address to your Gmail account (as an alternate email).
